  • Sale of digital products such as (texts, PDFs, audio files, videos, transcripts, etc.)  or training courses. The website is freely accessible from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

 

Article 3: Data Collection 

The website ensures Users a collection and processing of personal information in respect of privacy in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms. Personal data collected on the website is processed by Systemio, as well as by payment processors associated with sales (Stripe and PayPal). This data is used for order management and to ensure an optimized user experience. In accordance with GDPR, Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their personal data. Article 7: Purchase 

All products sold on this website are digital. Therefore, no refund can be requested, and payment corresponds to a waiver of the right of withdrawal. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, Users waive their right of withdrawal before purchase due to the nature of digital products provided immediately after ordering.

Products sold by Eyoum Mouto Laura do not constitute a guarantee of results.

 

Age restrictions: Eyoum Mouto Laura only accepts clients over 16 years old (for digital products) and 18 years old for services (coaching, workshops, seminars). Product content is not shocking in nature, but we ensure access is restricted to minors and/or those unfamiliar with business responsibilities. After purchase, you will receive an email with your login credentials to access your product. Please keep these credentials private.

 

Prices are indicated in euros and exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code (self-employed business not subject to VAT). Payment is required at order, even for pre-orders. Our payment providers are Stripe and PayPal.
